1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Kreasi ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

Kreasi is an AI-powered photoshoot generation and image editing web application built with Nuxt 4. We offer tools to create product photographs, fashion lookbooks, and AI portrait variations, along with integrations to import files directly from external storage solutions such as Google Drive.

3. Google Drive Integration Usage

Our service provides an integration that allows you to connect Google Drive accounts to Kreasi:

  • Purpose: Connection to Google Drive is purely for importing reference images to power your AI photoshoot setup.
  • Compliance: By connecting your Google Drive, you confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use the files and images you import. We are not responsible for any copyright infringements or policy violations caused by files you import from Google Drive.
  • Fair Use: You agree not to use the integration to systematically crawl, download, or abuse Google's APIs through our application. We reserve the right to limit or terminate your Google Drive connection if we detect abuse or excessive API call rates.

4. User Accounts and Credits

To use certain features of Kreasi, you must create a user account and belong to an active organization workspace.

  • Credits Model: AI image generation and processing services consume organization credits. Credits are deducted per successful generation job.
  • Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including credit consumption and configuration changes.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Kreasi to:

  • Upload or generate images that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of privacy.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with any entity.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit vulnerabilities in our application or database.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kreasi, its creators, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
